Also, some of you may remember that myself and my buddy Mike were doing some Let's Plays in our spare time on our channel Awkward Furniture. That fell to the wayside for a while but he and I recently relaunched the channel and started playing through a few classic SEGA Genesis gems: Ristar and Kolibri. We plan on trying to release videos a lot more regularly this time around. Feel free to check them out!
Breeding Season is the unholy combination of a farming sim and a sex game. Breed a variety of sexy monsters together for sale to adventurous clients. Featuring Catgirls, Dickwolves, Harpies; you name it. Currently in early alpha.

Alpha Build 7.3.1 Public Release and Awkward Furniture
Hey guys, sorry on the delay on the public release: because all versions following 7.1 have the animations split up into different files we've been having difficulty getting an embedded blog version to work. While I continue to work on that, however, I decided I'd go ahead and just make the download links for 7.3.1 available to the public. I'll continue working on trying to get an embedded in-browser version to work as well.

Much appreciated. And best of luck with the embedded version as well. Sounds complicated. But in theory, can't you upload each animation separately to a video archive that would be locked/hidden from visitors here on the blog? Just so that you can link it to play in the game. Just thinking out loud, I don't know nothing about this stuff. Anyway, good work!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Public Release! ^^ <3
ReplyDeleteAnd now gunna have some new YouTubers to watch too! XD YAY!
Also, I have spotted a slight issue; I am not sure if this is just for the public versions or not~
ReplyDeleteBut, when I go to click onto "I would like a refresher." at the very start of the game, it fails to do so like in older versions. It goes straight to "Well that just about wraps it up" *In comes No Fun Nun*
I have noticed this since the last Public Release, is this due to your future plans for a Tutorial or is this just a small fault?
It's because there was no Tutorial by then. The newest release (at the moment only for patrons) has the Tutorial :)
DeleteOh! Thanks! ^^" I was just checking so as to make sure~ Thanks Artakons!
Delete"No Fun Nun"
DeleteMy goddess above, that's perfect.
Thanks~ XD I can't remember how to spell her name, so~ Yeah~ No Fun Nun~ xD
DeleteRistar ..memories..
ReplyDeleteI've noticed two bugs, one that monsters sometimes 'disappear' after being bred/harvested and can't be used for requests that day, two is that the Kaliba scene segues straight into her after sex talk and doesn't give you a chance to watch the whole animation.
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed this release, more for the parts of the storyline that are finally popping up then the breeding. Summoning sickness feels less restrictive then it did when it was three days instead of one, but it's still far too easy to get around. Honestly, if you want it to be more challenging for the players, what you need to do is implement the Gremlins for the Seraphs, Mandrakes, and Swines. Having three species that I don't have to worry about inbreeding producing Gremlins, one of which is solely female and one solely male ATM makes it far too easy in combination with All Night Long to rapidly breed a perfect set of monsters to bring the rest of them up and then just let the auto-harvester do its work. Summoning Sickness might become superfluous at that point, since you'd have to pay more attention to the bloodlines of the creatures you're breeding.
I've noticed it too, however the monster remains if you can feed it wolf jizz. This was a planned feature they started on the first version 7. Information on it is at http://breedingseasongame.blogspot.com/2015/12/alpha-build-70-for-patrons.html#comment-form
DeleteWhen you have your monster list up for breeding, you'll see a tab at the bottom that says 'sorting'. If you click that, it'll bring up a page that has two options to check box. One of those options only shows monsters with usable hearts. If you uncheck that, that may solve the monster disappearing problem
DeleteI found a bug Amadour doesnt apear at all on 2/14
ReplyDeleteThat bug was corrected in a later version - the Amadour event wasn't enabled for FBreeder
DeleteWhats the debug codes?
ReplyDeleteWhats the debug codes?
ReplyDeleteThe debug codes are in on the Patreon site. If you are a $10 patron or more, you will be able to see them. Just scroll through the posts. Though if you are looking for debug codes and only playing the public build, you probably aren't supposed to have access to them anyways.

ReplyDeleteok I am unsure if this is just me or it happened to someone else, but the animation of FBreeder and Kitten girl seemed to be in sort of endless loop, even when I click the next button nothing seems to happen or change.
ReplyDeleteis it a bug of sort or something else I didn't know about?
Last month Vanilly didn't manage to finish this animation. Apparently she forgot to finish it this month
DeleteI didn't forget, another animator will be handling neoteenies.
DeleteMeaning Subtank? Or are you guys adding another member? :D Thanks for clearing it up :D
