Next on the schedule is Harpies. I'm going to be moving places this month, which will screw with the normal schedule a bit as I'll be indisposed right about the end of the month. There's a few things we could do; we may just have one massive double-sized update this month around the 26th/27th, or possibly we'll have a big update around the 20th and then something of a pathetic tiny baby-sized update on the 31st. I'll keep you all updated with our progress.

But to be honest, this just looks like a shitty replacement for the other male design. This isn't even for people who want a more "manly" male PC anyways, from his structure alone he's somewhat unfit and such. His face is just ugly....and plain.

DeleteAll masculine faces are ugly to me personally, exceptions apply for monsters. Sort of hope breeder/monster scenes use a generalized skeleton so it's easier to swap in/out things for customization. Futa would definitely need new animations, but I'll still hope for a trap variant which would basically be tit-less futanari animations with slight reposition for anal... but I won't hold my breath.

Pretty sure you can and it might be interesting to see female monsters get prego belly's and what seven days but that might be too much work so it would be better to just give the male breeder a higher fertility rate like 15% instead.

DeleteWasn't there some talk from the girl in the lab ( Cordelia / Cornelia ? ) that Monsters CAN stay Pregnant for a while but ONLY if the offspring is extremly powerful ? So yeah if that still has any merit, then I'd say no special Pregnancies for most monsters unless there will be a special trait or Monster Race for it some time later in the game.
DeleteAlso, Male pc looks perfectly fine to me and any further variations would definitly need some basic "skeleton" for the Animations, so one wouldn't have to start again from scratch with all the Sexscenes.
TBH Mpreg would be a nice and easy solution to imbalanced the male breeder would be if they could impregnate female monsters.

DeleteNot a big fan of the male breeder's design, though the female breeder looks good. As long as we'll have customization options later for the PC's, then it really doesn't matter if this design for the male breeder is kinda "meh".
ReplyDeleteMassive Update Double Update, Male/Female Players look perfectly fine rather I would want to suggest a big titted female as an option (Cuz I like big tits) as well as the ability to change small features on them like their hair or eyes. Might as well add the big tits to that then. Also, I think that the redesign of Roxie should have her areolae visible, I really liked that.
ReplyDeleteAnother suggestion is for a random event for monsters to sneak into your home at night and rape you. And maybe take monsters home with you at night and fuck. This would be more of a simple way to bang your monsters without having to harvest them (i.e. the Dickwolves fucking your character when getting their jizz)
Also if possible can you show a spreadsheet of all the newly redesigned monsters/characters. I wanna see all the work you've done. (It makes me feel more connected)
I really like "Breeding Season." Funny enough, the monster fucking thing is only part of it. I like the atmosphere of the game and despite the Sex Theme, I tend to just play it and waste time perfecting my harem of monster girls and letting my perfected solo male monster fuck them all. So Good job.
I've been dissecting the Flash file. I'm a n00b at it, but I already tweaked stuff and am now looking into the monesters.
ReplyDeleteI noticed you are using 3 separate images for each body part - the basic color layer, outline layer and tint layer.
Pretty much anyone with a Flash Decompiler can extract those and use them as refference to make their own stuff. In other words, there is potential for poeple to submit art for variatons or new monsters.
Dunno if you' be OK with that or willing to use it.
Modding/Community Content Contests can lead to a lot of interesting things in addition to keeping community interest occupied. Albeit too much community can lead to elitists assholes that turn new players away from the game.

ReplyDeleteIt makes for more sense for them to have the same 3-day (or whatever) cycle as the breeder. That means they can't pop out children like a conveyor belt, and that is fine.
A high-level monster breeding can easily give birth 5-6 times A DAY.
Such a strain on the body is redicolous.
Well, I can see two sides to this. In the real world, I can see what you're saying.
DeleteIn this game world, though, there is internal consistency. The sciency gal in the Guild gives an "in world" explanation (sorry I forgot her name). It's enough for me to suspend disbelief.
On the developer side. The art required to support monster pregnancies would be horrendous. It would take separate animations for each female monster and all the color variations.
And I have to mention: we're talking about a game demons copulating bird women. I'm not sure physics or biology should be to much of a consideration.

Still waiting on shortstack monster girls, not loli, short curvy women(Goblin, Gnome, Dwarf, Mouse, Bug, Fairy/Sprite/Pixie, Imps, and ect. I don't care what people say I like my women short ;P
