Breeding Season is the unholy combination of a farming sim and a sex game. Breed a variety of sexy monsters together for sale to adventurous clients. Featuring Catgirls, Dickwolves, Harpies; you name it. Currently in early alpha.
Next update will be August 4th. Absolutely no idea how much content will make it in, ideally I will finally get the male/male animations in. As always, sorry for the wait.

Agreed. Donations are still donations, even when a bonus like voting on the direction of future work is attached. That's why they are still called donations, and not "Bribery Voting" or perhaps "wages". People who take the wording of his best wishes/best case scenario as some sort of promise of labour are absolutely deserving of a dick-shaped "Retarded" stamp being tatooed on their foreheads. Try taking him to court, if you really think you have a case.

It doesn't mean shit to someone if they haven't invested anything into it, and there's no respect at all to those that do/have. Whether you consider them donations or not, it's a bit disheartening to see such ignorant, flagrant, stupidity so rampant here. Especially considering the donors are the only thing keeping the project alive, hobby or not.
That doesn't merit justification for the hostility, but it sure is ridiculous nonetheless.
You don't have to do big updates. I'd be okay with updates that only contain one or two animations. But in that Case they'd have to be on a regular basis and it wouldnt hurt if one didnt have to start over every single time.

I think he has previously said he tries to release updates around 11pm US Pacific time on Sunday. Effectively for most people it gets released on Monday.
He used to update late at night. So depending on where you live you have to wait. I have to wait until the 5th around midday before he is due. Of course that is if everything is good. Personally I hope he includes an update on his personal status as well. It would be nice to know if his situation is stable.
He said over at Legend of Krystal that he will be doing the neoteny stuff first. He also said the update is small and that he will be doing a fair amount of stuff over the next month. So get ready.

Bad news: It's pretty small, so don't get too excited. I've just added the updated breeding menu and some of the back-end stuff for putting in Neoteny. Depending on how much time I have tonight I'm going to try to finish up the last two missing Holstaurus animations as well.
Most likely this will be male/male animations, because he said the update will be a small one, if it were mostly coding then the update will be a huge one, extra story, traits and various other stuff. Animation takes a long time to do, this is what he was mostly likely working on, plus it was number one on the donation stuff. Overall I hope everyone will be happy but i think some people will be upset because the update will be nothing huge. Keep up the GREAT work harista
For the record, one of the m/m donors asked for a refund, which placed Neoteny first. Hartista has posted that groundwork (nothing to see, yet) for Neoteny will be in this update, as well as the new breeding menu. It will be an interesting bug test,and hopefully the inevitable bug-fix will come soon after our reports. I'm sure it won't sate the masses, but it's refreshing to see some progress being made, once more.
For everyone asking. PDT is UTC-7. It's PDT not PST because of Daylight Savings time. That means 11pm is about 8am in most of Europe and 7am in England.By the way you can see his local time by looking at the time the Commemts were posted.
